Think it's safe here, no dust bunnies! Place is still clean. Nothing under the naughty sofa!

Shosho ... be careful. Those little dogs can take on quite an attitude. Just take a look at my page and Jazee's attitude.

Shosho - I like that explanation of Mother nature having hot flushes - she must also be having cold chills and night sweats.
I feel for her.

Oh well, it's Monday and those invoices need to be done, public holiday or not. Back later.

sorry Shosho, I lost the most recent pictures during the crash so I will have to download them again. It is going to take a while.

Winter is back in south Florida with a vengence. It is so cold I had to close the windows and put on shoes!

I wonder. Could we make a comforter out of dust bunnies? I often thought that about the lint in the dryer filter (and THAT stuff is clean).

Kathy (Florida):
I'm sorry to say that no package from you has yet eventuated. I have received packages from Shosho and CP, and a card from Jane - but yours has not arrived. I must also say that Jane's card and CP's package took much longer than they should have done to reach me. Perhaps the item from Shosho was also a little slow.

CP: I anticipate the British attitude to dust bunnies to be that "such things are not found here"

Dave: Once, the ground got cooled off enough that the snow started sticking - we now have 1/2 a foot out there of that beautiful white stuff. some of the flakes are up to 2" and beautiful.

However, now that I know what they are I can say that my place is full of dust bunnies and they make very nice pets, (or did I mean to type "pests"?

It must be possible to constructively re-cycle dust-bunnies in some way - when they die of cours. Mine are very alive and kicking.

With regard to a possible loss of the item you sent, Kathy. I cannot clearly guess. The neighbour is indeed a possibility as I have had previous doubts. Although nothing has ever got lost on its way to me before, some mail has been tampered with in the past.I wonder if anti-terrorist customs freaks More...

I am a little overloaded with various problems this week - the stupid nighbour, my computer crash, the extension of that crash from hard-drive to hard-drive, fan and CD-Rom, updating My Page by restoring lost items from the site crash, failure of a courier to turn up after waiting in all day friday More...

Rayray, we had a postie who was stealing mail, perhaps you have something similar going on... our new postie beat up one of the neighbours (think he may have been pushed just a bit)... our new new postie is uneventful so far...

Rayray - you need to start writing sheep poetry again!

Dave - the forcast is for another 48 hours of snow. Good thing - I have nothing planned for the next 48 hours. Oh yes, then it is rain. It is 32° out now.

Now Lynda has sent me a private message (according to a note on My Page) but I have not received it after quite a long time.
Eve: Do you think all these misfotunes are related to my sheep poems in some way?

*misfortunes
However I have never yet been one to be deterred by such minor set-backs.

Suzy: I not before experienced loss of any item (to my memory)

I have experienced delay with outgoing mail that I have handed to the counter at the local post office

Rayray, always remember....just because you're paranoid, that doesn't mean that they aren't out to get you.

Rayray I have just sent another!

You are lucky to have a post office nearby, there seems to be wholesale closures of post offices in UK.

Lynda: I have not yet received your message

I think my problems have little to do with my dust-bunnies. Without going into too much detail it rather has to do with "Freudian complexes" in others, "unadressed criminality" in others, and a need for others to "Carry on Pretending" - all basic inadequacies in Society.

Thanks Lynda, but my E-Mail alert has not yet illuminated

This is weird, do you have an email address? Send it to me via private message, I sent mine in my last message to you. To state the obvious, you have checked your inbox?!!!!

It is a terrible interference, Lynda. Perhaps it is an attempt to drive a wedge between my Sudokuland friends and I. For I could easily entertain the notion that you have not sent the message that you claim to have sent.

Ian: I am never paranoid these days. I am too old and wise. I often become 'justifiably suspicious' - but that is quite differenmt from 'paranoia'.

Rayray - check your page & see if you got my post. Then check your in-box and see if you have Linda's private message. Maybe the PM is not set up to give you email alerts.

Now, now, Rayray, things do arrive in their own sweet time. I've learned not to expect things quickly. So when they do come, it's a pleasant surprise. It's all in the attitude. My hubby and I both order items on-line. He always pays for the overnight or two day delivery and I only pay for More...

I notice that I am not receiving copies of messages or posted messages on My Page as E-Mails as I used to (at least not promptly). Is there a delay in that, or have the settings altered in some way?
28/Jan/08 12:16 PM

Shosho - do you ever forget that you even ordered it - and when it comes - it is a surprise - since you don't recall ordering it?
