2:25, LK, I have Taxi and Taxi Part 2 on one of my eclectic montage CD's and used to play guitar and sing it to myself and a few others. Loved his music and his brother Tom's. Judy, I'm mid 50's, I still have sex, don't know about the wife.

but fiona, the americans went one better and wrote their own - remember webster? i believe he was a political activitist who decided to make things a bit different (and simpler) as an act of independence from british oppression after the civil war. has a lot to answer for with the confusion we all suffer from (particularly in oz) for all the different spellings you can find!

Bill, He definatley was a great musician and humanitarian. I had the Gold Medallion CD collection of all of his stuff, then my husband left my car unlocked and windows down needless to say all my CD's disappeared. I just hope that whoever took them can appreciate what they have.

JUDY IN CA, my daughter would appreciate me moving to CA, she lives in southern CA! Yep, 7 am would be better than 9 for working puzzles for me.

LK, I have my coffee and quite computer time around 5 am. Always thought if I did not have to go to work, I would sleep till NOON, but didn't happen. I have to get hubby up and jump started by 6:30 or 7 am and need my coffee fore facing the day.

fiona, barooga is a little village - about 2 000 people, on the murray river, which is the border between 2 of our states - New South Wales and Victoria. We are about in the middle of the border. the murray is one of our major rivers, but nothing to compare with the size of your european and american rivers.

1.56 Spades is very cute
lots of interaction, you must be all thawing out from your winter colds.
much cuddling in your king and queen sized beds I hear. mmmmmmmmmmm
queen is good size for here ... enough room to sleep comfortably and not too big that the chase is exhausting.

MARIANE from Barooga - there have been water restrictions in Perth for years, I believe. In Albany we're not allowed to use our sprinklers between the hours of 9:00am & 6:00pm although we are not so affected here down south. I think they just made the hours restriction a statewide thing.

everyone. Since Harry Chapin was well received I have changed songs of his to 'Cats In The Cradle' this will be the last Harry Chapin song I promise. I guess as I look at my own kids grown older and leaving home this song is very significant to me and many others. Enjoy!

BTW, this avatar is Mr Funny, not the one I posted the other day, who is, in fact, Mr Noisy.
I vote CG and/or Hugh for Mr Funny - who is our Mr Noisy?

I originally was going to do night duty last night, Judy, so would've been there for the party, but the manager didn't see I'd volunteered for the extra shift and booked someone else. Have to say that worked out well, after my double shift Sun/Mon, I was exhausted and needed the sleep i got last night.
