Tipping? It is part of a betting system (normally run by your workplace!) where you bet or tip who is going to win each game of footy on the weekend. The person who gets the most tips at the end of the weekend gets a prize and there is usually a big prize at the end of the season

Lots of workplaces and families etc have tipping competitions. So, each week, before the matches are played, 'people put in their 'tips'' i.e. they predict which team will win. Person who 'tips' the most winning teams for the season wins.

FI FROM NT - Checked out that website. Wow, that's really a tough way to play tennis!! Good thing I can hit a regular tennis ball better than that one. Best I could do was a pitiful 7. We'll have to have KEITH from CA try that one when he gets back from his trip. He did really well on another bouncing tennis ball game a few months ago.

FI & MEL - I checked out the home page of the AFL website, but couldn't tell from that which team is nicknamed the Blues. fi, maybe they're up by you?? Think somebody once gave a list here of all the teams' nicknames but I didn't save it. Are games there played mostly on weekends or do you have games on other days like the U.S. Monday night football?
