Pete - I agree with you totally once you saw 'my point'! I'm sure you're a 'sensitive, kind and sympathetic' man, and attuned to the rhythms of of your nature ... I have asked this before - west of where? and if you have to kill me if you tell me, so be it...

FI: Saw your comment re: glaciers. Don't really know the one's around Vancouver, and places that you had to walk in to 23 years ago are now accesible by car for tourism. Were you in the Whistler Mountain area? That is the site of the 2010 winter olympics, and there are some glaciers there. Not all that far from Vancouver.

The 1st Affair

A married man was having an affair with his secretary. One day they went to her place and made love all afternoon. Exhausted, they fell asleep and woke up at 8pm. The man hurriedly dressed and told his lover to take his shoes outside and rub them More...

The 6th Affair

Jake was dying. His wife sat at the bedside. He looked up and said weakly: 'I have something I must confess.' 'There's no need to, ' his wife replied. 'No,' he insisted, ''I want to die in peace. I slept with your sister, your best friend, her best friend, and your mother!' 'I know,' she replied,” now just rest and let the poison work.'

I agree Hugh - homemade icecream is great - I make the best rum and raisin icecream You marinate the raisins in rum and add to the icecream mixture - tastes great when you bite into the raisins!!

I nearly always buy Australian made by Australian owned companies when I can, like Golden Circle rather than Edgells, but now I'm wondering if it's always the right thing to do. I was reading about the low water levels of the Murray and Darling Rivers and how much of the problem is blamed on More...

CP, put 'Amy' in front of that surname I gave you, but all I know about her is that she's just had her second baby. I haven't seen her since she was a child. And the ice cream place between Townsville and Ingham is Frosty Mango. Very few tourists don't stop there.

4:09 - absolutely woeful! As kids we used to make icecream cakes for birthdays. Start with plain vanilla icecream and then add your choice of topping and extra goodies. My favourite was peppermint essence and then adding a crushed up peppermint crisp. We would put layer upon layer of different flavours, turn it out of the bowl and cover it in ice magic... delicious!!!
 |  |
Hey Jaz, My birthday too on the 4th. I was born in the spring but my birthday is in the fall. Strange but true.
 |  |
Oh yes, you have come to the exactly right place for the very best ice cream that will please you the very most. Please do take and enjoy as much as you may!

Good Maen all. Cute dog - but how did it get off the mat?
 |  |
Coles or Woolies produce a Christmas ice cream cake which is bloody good, can't stop eating it - only problem is it's only available around Christmas time.
 |  |
ap: Don't give up. I'm got home late and just started to work the challenge.
 |  |
Hugh: Please post your recipe for good homemade ice cream. I have a new ice cream freezer that I MUST use!
 |  |
I'm got home......now that's a real knee slapper ROFL
 |  |
Ditto, HUGH! On the California coast we have fresh strawberries most of the year, and your description made me drool!
