i think im smart for an old chook

I think I am as addicted to reading all the comments each day as I am to the puzzles themselves. Nice flower in the pic - anyone know what it is? I have tried to submit some photos but keep getting an error. I have some nice ones that might make more than Marty in New Jersey want to visit us here down under.
