Hello everyone, I must admit the first thing that came to my mind when I seen the cork trees was whatever happened to Corky that used to be a regular on here. My sister that arrives tomorrow for a visit is a regular Champers drinker which I help her of course and yes we use the new stoppers til the bottle is empty then start all over again.LOL

Very funny June but so true. Many years ago I found that if I had had toooo much to drink my cheeks [facial that is] went numb so I would stop for an hour or two then head for the bar again never got a headache the next morning, sigh those were the days.

I wonder what would happen if you crossed an African bottle tree with a Spanish cork tree?

I like the idea of the corked bottle but having had a few spectacularly corked wines, am happy to unscrew a lid (or two).

I have been going very slow on the wine bottles. Hubby is in the Kimberley mustering cattle with a chopper.
