A minor misdemeanor at worst. The language has been slaughtered to the point language enforcement has thrown up their (there, they're) collective hands in frustration. It has got to be something heinous like spitting on the sidewalk or removing the label from a mattress.

7:08, I recognised that before the caption even came up - this photo looks like it was taken from somewhere around where the Port Arthur massacre happened a few years ago (a very sad day in Australia's recent history.)

Chris, the massacre at Port Arthur, was the first thought I had when that photo & caption came up! That place will be remembered as a place of sorrows.
