Are you sure she's a nun? Not just a woman in historical dress? Her dress seems to be rather more clingy round the bosom than you'd expect of a nun.

Dan, I'm sorry to have to tell you that "Blue Nun" is a German wine. Certainly not Dutch.
To me the statue looks like bustling motion, momentarily frozen. Good statue, nicely photographed.

Jeana, I have been fortunate in that I have travelled a bit in recent years. Sharing my photographs is easy - and it gives me great pleasure. I only wish that digital cameras were invented about 40 years ago.
