maen all! mouthwatering memphis smoke...love it...my favorite fried chicken place is in a seedy area in north carolina, yet we go out of our way to eat there its so good. we'll be running our last smoke of the year this weekend(hens,ribs,trout,fresh caught tuna) since its a pain to smoke in cold weather.
