Easter has started... You can tell the weather is traditionally raining and windy for easter which other than being miserable for the holidays is good because we are in a drought here in Sydney...

Maen. This lake looks like it is from the mountains of central Arizona. The plants, green water (verde), looks like my home. Wow, it is half way around the world.

Very pretty - looks like a beautiful spot to visit.

The water is so very still on that lake, not even a ripple to be seen.

Cool today, 72, we had a inch of rain yesterday - thanks to whomever sent it. We have kayaks in our lake, great for fishing.

Happy Easter to all. Colder here also, coldest Easter on record. 39F tonight in Florida. Glad Easter Bunny has fur coat.

A real mixed day here with rain squalls, wind and the occassional short breakthru of sunshine. So much for our 'backyard blitz' weekend!!

Lovely pic, I'm waiting impatiently for warmer weather! REcord low temps the past few days. The snow has melted for the most part so I can see the tulips again, how bizarre!

HAPPY EASTER everybody! We're having unprecidented COLD weather down here in bayou country right but that picture makes me wanna grab my pole and bait and go fishing!!

Funny how I never associate 'fresh water' such as lakes with Greece. I always think of the the blue Med and blue skies and those white white buildings.
