When I first started the games I didn't realize that you couldn't repeat a number in a row or column. I just thought you fill the blocks with 1 through 9. Easy! Mike, if you're left with an empty square after eliminating posssibilities, it may be that you haven't filled in the possibilities correctly (if I understood your explanation properly). Try going back to the row/column/block in question and make sure you've noted all the possible candidates.

Yesterday was my first post. Today may be my last. If I wanted to put up with someone arguing a stupid point about profanity, I could certainly do that without signing on here. My support to the guy or gal who runs this and wants to keep it friendly. Basically, Beehive, if you can't communicate without such language, perhaps you shouldn't bother doing it here.

I'm with Gath on this one. Whilst the language doesn't offend me (I work on construction sites!) there are people it will offend. A point can always be made without swearing. It just means using your brain a bit more.
