went to a course today - 6 hours of pulling in the pelvic floor, drawing in the lower abdominal muscles and tightening up the back mms - to obtain neutral back - and then move -- actually it was an interesting course.

Jerry
thank you SO much for the "Silence is golden" smilie from yesterday! it is a classic. I'm a teacher - mind if I use it? It is nice to imagine that I really could use the duct tape remedy in my classroom! It would make me smile and probably make me that little bit more patient in my classroom if I could imagine some of them with duct tape mouths!

Love the "meep". Thanks! Same context as the duct tape - that's the answer you get when you ask a question someone doesn't want to/can't answer - accompanied by an infuriating shrug of the shoulders.

Daplap, you know the scary thing about your quotes? I could substitute Australian political party names and it would make just as much sense - as I am sure many other people from ohter countries could!!!!

Why we miss Rodney Dangerfield

Because he said ....

My wife only has sex with me for a purpose. Last night she used me to time
an egg.

It's tough to stay married. My wife kisses the dog on the lips, yet she
won't drink from my glass!

I am reminded of the "She was so ugly" jokes.

"She was so ugly, she had to sneak up on a glass of water to get a drink!"

"She was so ugly, when she cried, the tears ran down her back!"

Good morning all.
Vici - I'm pleased to see that you have surfaced and are now well rested. It was a pleasure to meet you and a happy memory I will cherish - one week ago today - my, how time flies.
Plum - not sure I can help with the fish thing but I think I know where you may have seen/heard about it - Antiques Roadshow. Some interesting history to be learnt amongst those collectibles.

I am on night vigil. There is a storm - high winds and heavy rain. It sounds like a pack of angry wolves holwing and barking out there, and as if flocks of pterodactyls are pooping all over my window panes
