I wouldn't consider this a bad habit. It is a real medical condition. Handing out cards isn't going to enlighten anyone. As I've gotten older, I've found that I care less about what strangers think about me.
My advice, for what it's worth, surround yourself with friends and family and enjoy life.

Nancy, the cold is better, but still there. I still have a touch of laryngitis, tired. The worst is the coughing. That can keep me up at night (among other things at my age). The toddys really help, what makes you think I stopped after 2?
Sounds like LK and Judy are down too. Maybe we all caught a computer virus?

Hugh you may want to check out the avatar situation I've noticed a few Members that have them. ie: vdV from Melb has theirs set up already.

Mo - white crocs go with everything, and to make them less angelic just pick out some obscene/suggestive bling to put in the holes, will lower the tone instantly - depending what look you're going for. I hear the mini-skirt is really mini this season - a belt should do it.

avatars for free members work just fine.
