Well, I was just about to leave to do pre-trip errands when the skies opened. Torrential downpour out there. When it's raining this hard, it can't last too long. I hope!

all - Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday & Sunday were absolutely beautiful - Monday was threatening rain all day as it is today). 15 years ago at this hour my husband passed.

It is ironic that the photos today are of things he loved - flowers, yes and mushrooms (to eat) not fungus...

I like your avatar Sue. I hope to get flowers of my own this year. I still have several loads of stuff to bring, but I am unpacking and putting away as I go so as not to overwhelm us. I do have my dogs with me this time, they are loving the farm and their new friend Gus.

Hi everyone, I've had the house to myself this morning [hubby at golf] so have gone through like a whirlwind got caught up on all the housework and even emptied out some hanging pots ready for some new plants [can't decide what yet ] so its only fair that I can now sit here and do all the puzzles. yes/no LOL
