Rayray, As a fellow English person, what is your definition of "International time"? Greenwich Mean Time perhaps? If not, at what time (GMT) did the NZ arthquake strike?
21/Dec/07 4:31 AM
 |  |
For arthquake please rattle earthquake in instead
21/Dec/07 4:32 AM
 |  |

Bob: Yes GMT = UTC = International time.
I think it struck at 8.55am. I shall check and report back if I mistaken. UTC is more widely understood scientifically these days.
21/Dec/07 4:39 AM
 |  |

I was wrong; it struck at 7.55 not 8.55
21/Dec/07 4:40 AM

GMT waves the British flag, whilst UTC waves the UN flag.

An open letter to Bah Humbug and others of that ilk. I have been know to pitch a pretty good humbug myself. In fact, I have heard that at my age it is sociologically expected and accepted.
But, those few closest, who know me best, know that it is just a momentary anomoly and are usually More...

For that reason alone, Rayray, I'll go with GMT.

Echoing a few others, I would like to visit everybody's page in the next few days, but, as some say here in Texas "It ain't a gonna happen".

I am dreaming of a wet Christmas, just like the ones I used to know!

It is RAINING, and I hear thunder, and unfortunately some tornado warnings in the coastal counties. Hope no more tornadoes, it is past tornado season, and these are usually small short lived ones this time of year, F0 or More...
