Absolutely love that joke jim, now if we can just get people to do that (vote-m-all-out)! Happy Father's day to saylz and all those of male gender down under.

Shhesh, by the time I went to type, thinking I'd turn the page, Miss Speedy had already done it....
05/Sep/10 11:52 AM
 |  |

Hehehe, Speedy, that is a laugh. I took my time, so it would not look like I speeding to be on top. You know my small thrill I get from that.

Are you still smokin, Shannon?

I'm glad we don't belong to Costco/Sam's. I just tag along occasionally with friends or family who do, and no matter how conscientious I try to be the money just seems to fly out of the wallet there....

I know I said I was going to tackle another room, but I had to come back and take the UTE out of the drawer so I could hear it. Well, that meant I had to sit back down and see if anyone was out and about in here.

Karen, I did type sandwiches = plural. Lol.
Wouldn't mind a couple myself at the moment.
It is warm here today.
Must go and make this cheesecake I have been trying to start for the last hour.

Sigh, yes. I guess because our roast was so big. Most people have been here and left but our's and one neighbor's is still on the smoker. Not that I was really counting on having it for dinner, but it takes a while to cool down before you can shred the meat, so I know what I'll be up late doing.

On the bright side, I will have free musical accompaniment as some one in the 'hood is blasting the tunes. Great, now I want ice cream with you two talking about it....

Pretty slow day here. I am off to get a Sunday School lesson ready, then off to bed and hope my headache finally goes away.

It is great for stocking up. Today, I learned they have a brilliant price on ice cream sandwiches. Which is really good, since, lately I cannot get enough of them. Past couple of weeks all I have wanted was the ice cream sandwiches or cherry jello and no I am not craving for a reason. They are just what I want.

Jamie, it is only 9 PM. Have you been grading papers all day? Again.

We told you not to grade papers Jamie.Your poor eyes are straining, causing you that headache.

Sorry, Viv, I missed the plural. You know me so well and knew I would not just have one.

I go in food spurts like that. People don't understand how I can just eat the same thing over and over again...my desires usually focus on the salty side or red meat, the rarer the better.

Okay so what's the secret to making wifezilla an 'ex'? Of course in my case it would need to start with slapping my brother upside the head. I seriously think aliens came down and confiscated his brain.

Also, learned today, that Sam's has a better deal than the grocery store on Dr. Pepper. Cannot believe it is a holiday weekend and a big birthday year for Dr. Pepper and they wanted almost five dollars for twelve cans, whereas, Sam's had the 24 pack for $5. I stocked up. Really should have gotten another box of ice cream sandwiches, though.

Oh, my brothers had wonderful girlfriends. Something happened after the "I do's," that just transforms them. I have always told them to pick out someone like me. But do they listen, Noooooo. I thought my oldest brother, had gotten this time, the closest he got was the woman has my name. But she changed after the 'I do,' too.

2:43 Good morning one and all.

This bridezilla, informed my brother that she had moved out 3 weeks ago and moved in with someone else. You may ask, how he did not know this, he works over night and she is supposed to be in school during the day. On his days off, lately he has been helping with Mom and step-Dad, so there really has not been any time for them as a couple. Which fit prefectly into her schedule.
Was that a TMI?

That Ute thing rang. Sister wants us to come up and take all the kids biking and just generally keep them away from the house (wifezilla) all day. That's fine, but everyone needs to pray that she's nowhere to be seen when we come by, because it's getting beyond ridiculous at this point and I won't be able to stop myself from just wiping the look (any look) off her face...

I have just been in the FPA and have finished the cheesecake.
Alas, I made one out of a box, but it still tastes nice.
A White Wings Smooth Continental Cheesecake.
Cafe Style. Whatever that means.
Too late I saw that I could have added mixed berries.
Next time.!!!

Do you also, see why I want to take up watching day time soap operas? Not as much drama on the shows.

Thanks, Viv, for your good vocabulary.

Now, will you mind sharing a slice or two?
05/Sep/10 12:21 PM

It's easy for them to 'not see' things unfortunately. They only see what they want to see and just ignore what they cannot handle. If only this one would move out, but everyone else has half a brain and wouldn't go near her with a 20 foot pole!

Saylz, I have the solution for your problem just pretend that the garbage bin has to go out every night, going up and down that steep driveway of yours should do the trick.

I like to share Karen. No problems.
What about you Shannon? Would you like a piece?
But you cannot have it just yet.
It has to chill for an hour.

Viv, in English please...what's the flavor of White Wings Continental? And Cafe style? The proper info will greatly aid our eating along imagination

Thank goodness, there are no children involved in this messy mess. Oh, want some more ghaustly news? Their wedding pictures have not even come back yet. October will be a year, they sent them off to Italy, got the proofs back sometime this Summer and are still waiting for whatever is supposed to be More...

Hi Amelia. A piece for you too?
By the way, what site do you people use for a Time Converter?

Viv - It's always handy to have the sarah lee frozen raspberries in the freezer. We put them in the blender with ice crean to top off the cheesecake.

June - I've never seen you post a joke before and I had to re-read the catch line twice before getting it. Laughing brought on my damn cough but it was a good joke. Thanks!

Have to go and buy a chicken as son says he will grace us with his presence for a roast dinner. All three have now rung. Eldest in NSW is returning to her home as rain has washed away all the snow at Perisher. Youngest has been babysitting eldests three dogs.

You got it Karen.

I don't use a time converter, but I use one for the temps, to change F to C. Actually, it is a table, so no converting on my part.
