maEn to everyone. The weather here is HOT - like we always hope it will be in July / August. We are enjoying it immensely but wondering what is ahead. Lots of strange viruses around which would normally be killed off by winter frosts. I find the 'consumer' weather reports on this page very interesting. So many parts of the world experiencing strange weather!

Cute picture. I have a pic of my grand daughter on her first birthday. Looks a lot like that except she's covered in chocolate cake.

Judy...We just got home and I need to spend the rest of the afternoon, mowing and weedeating. We have been gone almost 2 weeks and my yard looks like a jungle. I have a few more pics I want to post and I have a new YouTube to post for Birthday month.

Rob/Utah - Thanks for the encouragement! Jenny is the 5th and the last child. We are looking forward to a true retirement. (My husband retired last year.) This is a very exciting time for us. Next step is the Open House June 3rd. Check out my Flickr sight. I have my children posted.

Sorry Corky - no rain in Brisbane this week at all. We had one of our lowest rainfalls in Brisbane in April - average of 3ml for the month.
It is just another typically sunny Brissie day.
Please Rola and Mary - can you send that rain this way when you are finished with it. We missed the last lot.
