Interesting picture. We use Melaleuca products including the tea tree oil, but I think these are from a different variety of melaleuca.
Shosho, enjoyed the photos. Looks like you had a great time.

Enjoyed your pictures, shosho! I'll be riding my bike to the health club soon. I don't want to know what the temperature is. If I go fast enough, I'll make a cooling breeze. Then again, if I go too fast, I could keel over from heat stroke. Life comes with too many options. Sigh!

Yes, Mymare, we had a good lunch and supper from the left overs. The chicken dish turned out good. One of "my make something from nothing" endeavors. Hubby says he's glad we had nothing to make it out of.

Kathy - your puzzle is driving me crazy - I usually do well at those things, but my brain is still in summer/vacation/retired mode. It may come to me in the middle of the night - if so I will send an answer before looking at tomorrow's "stuff".

I only know Hush Puppies as footwear so I have just googled it.

The traditional answer to "what is a hush puppy?" is that the cowboy chuck wagon cooks would make cornbread balls to feed the dogs so they wouldn't beg and whine while the cowboys ate:"Hush, puppy." (Get it?)

So, basically, a hush puppy is dog food. Eat up! More...

add a little corn to those hush puppies - and you can have a corn fritter - little like a hush puppy

I had always heard that hushpuppies originated in the South and are cooked in the oil that fish is deep-fried in. Hence, they are almost always served with fried fish at seafood restaurants. I don't think cowboys deep-fried their food. For what it's worth, here's what Wikipedia has to say on the More...
