Hope it's better soon, Plum. I kept banging my little toe on a chest of drawers until I finally broke it (the toe, that is). That's when it dawned on me that perhaps I ought to move the chest. I did, and guess what? No more smooshed up toes.

It did occur to me to wear shoes, but I quickly quashed that absurd idea.

Plum, I felt that slap sting - not as much as Judy did, but boy it made quite a noise!

That wasn't a slap, Fiona, it was a teasing tickle -- a fond reminder to her that I hope I get to meet her sometime, and I know it won't be Sunday and I'm sad about it. Judy and I have been laughing about what we'd do if she was able to be up here this week.

Good afternoon to all! Super close-up photo of the horn-worm. When you can see it, you can hand pick it off the plant. They're destructive buggers though. They can ruin your tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and more if they get out of control. We get regular infections of these here in crops in Southern Ontario.

Yellow jackets wearing sunglasses with a pocket full of pennies just don't really have time to care that much about raindrops or Saturday's laundry. At least the one I talked to didn't.

The yellow jacket I talked to said he had to use those little hotel soap thingies but they still used up all his covers and he couldn't stay warm on those cold winter nights.
