Kathy, all I can say about yesterday's puzzle is "duh!" I wasn't thinking in or out of the box.
And today, the first two words I can think of with GN today, the other letters aren't there. Maybe I will have time to figure it out.

HI all. First full day back home and trying to get back to 'normal' - no smart comments about just what is normal, please. Yes Kathy, the boss is back, but I think you've done rather well so could maybe keep up the good work grasshopper...pay rise in the mail.

Look who's arisen from her sofa! Do we have time to wait for her to get back to "normal"? Is this even possible? I might be a very old grasshopper by that time......

Can I say a generic thank you to everyone who has sent me birthday greetings. I am now officially an old age I don't know what, as I am still working.
We are packing for our sojourn to the sun and although I have mobile broadband I am not sure what the Vodafone signal strength is like at the place we are staying so I may not be able to send individual thank yous until I get home.

This monkey looks like he is the king... the boss ...the numero uno.... the head on top of the world... in good position to look down and to watch the world go by... No envy to me, I prefer a good comfortable chair with my feet up and ...nobody to look after at lest for the time to enjoy a cuppa
