2:00 Hello to all. Interesting, what temple?

Thought for the Day:

Creation of woman from the rib of Man: She was not made from his head to top him; nor out of his feet to be trampled upon by him; but out of his side to be equal with him, under his arm to be protected, and near his heart to be loved.

It all depends on how you look at things...

The Four Cats

Researched Thought of the Day:

Chantie Jumping

The chantie, or chamber pot, had salt in it, symbolizing prosperity and plenty. As a wedding tradition, at intersections or busy areas, the chantie was placed on the street and the bride would jump over the pot. People passing by dropped in money and articles associated with the wedding traditions, in exchange for kisses.

I wonder if the word 'Chantie' is derived from Chanty, Shanty/ies? - A song sung by sailors in rhythm with their work? Any ideas anyone?

ahh..selling kisses, can we say that??.then how much a kiss is paid??..interesting, eh??

2:05 Good Maen! Little Plum strained a quad twirling around with a friend Wednesday. She's still hobbling. Faun's got the flu. Starr's car is broken and her super grandpa is going to fix it (cross your fingers - he says he's never done this particular fix before). Glad I'm feeling better now because I have to do most of the girls' chores.

but...the wallpaper I put up is not sticking to the wall.
I followed instructions and pasted the wall the day before then pasted again when I put up the paper but it all seems to have disappeared and left the paper floating
any ideas anyone

That has reminded me of a song from my childhood.
When father papered the parlour
You couldn't see him for paste
Dabbing it here
Dabbing it there
Paste and paper everywhere
Ma got stuck to the ceiling
The kids were stuck to the floor
You've never seen a blooming family
So stuck up before!

Wonderfully intricate model - well done!

For those who do not realise - I had to use "male hen" instead of the 'usual word' because the censorship does not allow the 'usual word'.

You can try telling a story about a male hen using the usual word, then you will see what I mean.
