I'm FINALLY back from doing all the shopping. I fully intended to mow the lawn next, but it's too bloody hot out. I got soaked through with sweat just walking from the truck to the house. So I think I'll wait until tomorrow morning before the heat kicks in.

Oh, Shosho... I can't let any grazers/browsers into the yard. There are 9 huge yews in the front of the house (they were here when we bought the place) that I can't let ANY animals munch on. Those things are so poisonous that one mouthful can kill a cow. Painfully. And there's no antidote to the poison. There were actually more of them, but we've removed a few. So far.
