Just got back from spending the day at a horse show.
In the adult jumping competition, out of 26 entries, only 3 made "clean" runs. Our table was very near several of the jumps and seeing those gorgeous animals sailing over so close to us was amazing!
Hope everyone's day has been as good as mine!

Morning - much more awake and less tired today, thank goodness.

Such a quiet day on site yesterday, only 75 posts - and I made 20 of them. Definitely Hog of the day - I promise not to repeat that effort today!

Hi all, thanks for the compliments on my picture. It was taken from the Japanese Gardens in the west hills of Portland. As you can see, it was a beautiful day.

Well, hubby is on his way home. They can't do anything for/with him until he sees the work doctor next week. Back on sick leave again (big big sigh!)

Hello everyone, beautiful photo Terri. Hubby is pulling the roof off the carport to make it higher to fit the caravan under and now it has started to rain.

Today's picture is not only beautiful and an excellent composition, but it is also most thought-provoking. My main conclusion from it it is: 'The more high-rise the less damage on the natural surroundings. Where people are concentrated into connurbations the more space there is for nature and the less need there is to travel around all the time.' Maybe my view is naive??
