Hi Deb, there has been some good advice from all quarter regards your sister. Basically she has to decide what she wants to do and then communicate that to her children. A bit of sitting down together and open discussion might work it all out.

Thanks anew!! You are right it is MY and MY FAMILY'S concern. She isn't being a martyr and complaining to anybody. It's what we can see that it's doing to her that is the worry. I don't want her to die and that's what worries me. Do you just sit back and let it happen or do you have a talk with her and try to point out to her (gently) that this is what we see happening?
