Kathy, I remember years ago when I took Polynesian dance at a dance studio, it was a half hour of Hawaiian and New Zealand dances, and a tortuous half hour of Tahitian dances. You walked away from the class clutching your sides!

But the good news was I had a waistline then!!! I started including the hip revolutions and now am up to two minutes, and then clutching my sides!
