The blue bird is our state bird! I just moved back here from Denver last year and really enjoy seeing them in the yard after all these years....You know in Denver we used to call our big blue jays...Rocky Mtn Blue birds! Not nearly as pretty or nice!!

Typing my FOOD PLAN did take a while, and I still have the special cold symptoms, but it is worth it. There are people using this site, who really are interested and could benefit, and that's why I did it. It is my pleasure, to help other people.

GrannieMo- My dog can't keep up with me either..I take the first have of my walk w/o him, then come back for him for the rest.Added benefit for me, my daughter will sometimes go with me. If your dog is small enough, you could carry hm/her for part of the way. Just a thought.

Hi Anew in Utah. I haven't done the kids puzzles yet, but my mom said we can go there soon. My aunt Suzanne lives in Tooele.

AP: You think it's cold now, stick around for awhile and come visit Canada. I actually had a friend here from Delhi who thought it was too humid here in Ottawa a few years ago. (of course, what can you expect from someone from Delhi?) We are the country of 'swing' wheather up here. In Boston, you only get a taste!

Bill from Tx.,I was thinking the same thing you were..about stones. Even though stones is less than kilos, there is just something about correlating your weight to rocks!

Also Bill, I wanted to wait for the driving test because Son#2 got a C in English, and had several missed assignments. (He did get a B in math for those who remember my concerns last fall.) I was overridden by Dad. I think that it is good that he failed, he will realize that he is not always right like he thinks he is! Also, he is not on the road endangering himself and others.

Between watching past seasons of '24' (I'm up to season 5) and doing Sudoku puzzles online.....let it snow. ( We now have at least 2 feet of fresh snow on top of the 2 feet we got right before Christmas.

Greg, I managed 7500 steps without a visit to the fridge. That is good cos I won't be able to do that after Jan 1st. Tonight has been bad as I have had to finish up the chocs, nougat and liqueur chocs!!! Still all the temptations have now gone; I feel a little sick but one has to suffer sometimes More...
