I got a lecture. According to Mr. Knowitall, this check is different. It comes from the state comtroller person.
Can you tell I am not happy about the lecture? By the time he was finished, I now have a limit on what I can spend and have to be back home by a certain time. Gee, I wonder if I will be grounded or get a spanking if I disobey.
