For you guys in S England - hope your skies clear soon.
Our riots in Sydney will stop when the motorcycle clubs work out that they are bad for business.

Thanks Baz. It was one hell of an explosion here. Hope the police new powers will help sort out 'the trouble' in Sydney

I'm #3 !!!!

Your majesty I see from archive that you asked about Promite. It is possible to purchase the stuff at the Australia shop in Covent Garden at an inflated price. However, I am about to put several very large jars into my bag to carry to London next week. I shall put in one extra for you if you ask More...

which of you aquatic sudoku-ers took this picture?
 |  |
13:00mins exactly, my lucky number.

5:03 no guesses...first try

6:56 missed you guys, I went through sudoku withdrawal while my computer was being fixed - let's hope the violence in Oz doesn't last as long as the French one did....

I survived a house full of 5 year olds for my son's birthday on Sunday. Now I just have to clean up the mess!

pretty easy =)
 |  |
5:28. Have to make a couple of guesses.

18:58l, but no guessing. Pure logic. The notes on under 'The Solver' really helped me out so I don't have to guess. I assume my times will get better as we go along.

6:38--no guessing. Another gorgeous day in sunny So. Cal.
 |  |
14:02. Looks like a sand tiger shark. Too blurry for positive ID.

15:44 but no guessing.

very close Jim. Usually incorrectly described as a tiger shark, these are of the family Hexanchidae - In the west of Oz they are 'bluntnose 6 gill' and on the east coast related species is '7 gil'. No recorded attacks on subjects of RedPenLand to date. Always notable by absence of second dorsal fin and caudal (tail) fin shape.

8:36 today - one of my better times for hard

Hmm...methinks the Queen is out on the town enjoying Xmas spirit (& tonic).
 |  |
While I doubt anything in the world could ever taste better than Marmite, I would be extremely interested to taste Promite.
I shall not be in London until Christmas Eve, and then only for a few days. I shall dispatch one of my London-based courtiers to collect some for me.
Are you in London for Christmas? Have you been before?
 |  |
about 15 min? all logic....of the feminine variety!
 |  |
Aha. You are wrong, dearest. I have been busy in the state apartments, not out on the town. And not a drop of tonic has passed my lips.
What news of Blind Freddie and his cousin?
 |  |
qrp if you think Marmite is good wait till you taste Vegemite
 |  |
16:42 - about the same as for the Medium - so was I just slow on the Medium or was this easier?!
 |  |
 |  |
About 12min-ish
Good to see so many familiar names (faces?) here--hello!!
 |  |
13 to set up possibilities, then another 6 to solve. Is there a better way?
 |  |
12:25
That was all pure logic.
Great shark piccie. Much better to see one swimming away rather than towards you as you photograph it.
 |  |
Ianac, I had heard much about the delights of Vegemite but was sadly disapointed when I finally obtained some (it is now available in the UK).
It is a pale imtitation of Marmite - particularly in texture.
However, I believe the world owes you for the Pavlova - my favourite pudding.

11:45 Very slow for me. I could be wrong, but that blurry pic looks a bit like a politician!
 |  |
