Weather report from Texas:10:55 am-HOT,95 already and wind speed of 0. High today reaching 106 or more.Same tomorrow but possibly 108 and higher tomorrow.Forecast of possible cold ?? front on Saturday with a high of only 98!!!!(Probaly won't make it this far south.)

to canuk greg,; cool man, i've no cat in my life ( i don't want ) , and i prefere landscapes , but nice tecnical/artistic picture with a lot of mystery , after the sudoku fight against timer - tanks to the photograph and good mAen to all ( to difficult to reduce pictures in 300*300 ! )

Saw it on another Sudoku site. 'every puzzle had logical solution and can be solved without guessing.' Can not do it on hard :(

Hey, Ian...didn't see the weather last night but I thought that Beryl was not coming ashore? Did the forcast change? Or did she just find you irresistible? Don't we all?

Low coastal areas are vulnerable to flooding, beach erosion and power outages, all usually just inconveniences, fortunately. She's moving a bit faster and will churn up the surf and probably pour rain tonight and tomorrow morning. Gentle is good advice, thanks. Report tomorrow, if electric allows.

Canuk Greg: I posted a bunch more of my husband's backpacking photos this week. Maybe in a month or so they will pop up. I posted one from Alaska, one from Nepal, one from Washington state, another from California. The ones from Utah I couldn't get into the right format without losing too much resolution. Of course, you may get tired of mountains! lol
