Kathy, you are right. And we bring a stick along too, for balance but it works great to stick in a hole before putting your hand or foot there.

Chris - It could be the cactus in the foreground that gives you a clue that the mountain is in Arizona! :-) Not to mention the landscape, with scrub, not trees. I always feel hemmed in when visiting Tucson, claustrophobic despite the wide open sky, because of the mountains all around.
