Time now in Hobart 8.40 a.m. It was a feeble attempt at being cryptic. Felt sure you'd google 140 horse. It means 140 hp motor on my fishing boat. The motor is a Mercury and all Mercury motors are black - hence 140 black horses.

Paul, had a suspicion it might be hp, but that was too cryptic even for google! Fine detail of boat motors is beyond me! I have a Kiwi friend who's very knowledgable, but his passion is sailing, and I never picked up anything about motors from him. Hope today's catch is a good one!
