Wow - can't believe how tied up in knots I was over this one. Glad I didn't have the timer set!! Not sure what happened...but it happened with a vengeance. :-/

Have to admit, couldn't solve this without putting in possibilities - resisted it for a long time though! Nice wake up call to the brain Gath, are those coffee beans in the pot- I can sure use some.

tough for medium for me too. i used to look for the cat and wondered what cat so many times. now i finally get it, and i can see the cat! LOL at myself. love this site and sudoku. on to the hard puzzle.

Glad to see how many of u had problems. I'm just getting into the medium puzzles and find i had to invent a new way of doing it .. great for the brain!

MIchael, I'm new to the medium puzzles too. But when I was doing the easy ones everyone was WAY below my time. On the medium ones I'm at least in the ballpark of what others are reporting. One day I'm going to get brave and try one from the hard section!
