At first I thought that was a snowy hike until I read the caption...mineral deposits. Can you tell I'm really into thinking SNOW these days?

Here in Tennessee we have a sunny day, after several rainy days. I think I like it here. Not to hot, not too cold. Have a Great MAEN where ever you are.

Bev, that is very cold - by anybody's standards.

Thate is something else to add to my never do list besides jumping out of a perfectly good airplane, getting on the back of an animal that doesn't want me there or adding myself to the bottom of the food chain by getting into the ocean.

Aw, Jeb ... where is your sense of adventure? I don't care much about your #2, but I do #3 as often as possible ... in a kayak, on a waverunner or boogie board, sucking on a snorkel, or just leaping and swimming! For my 60th, I couldn't get anyone to join me for your #1 ... but, if necessary, I'll do it alone for my 65th! Loosen up, Old Fella!

Ya gotta remember that all the folks in that ocean make their living eating the other folks in said ocean that are smaller than them. There's folks in the ocean bigger than me, therefore..

I spent a lot of time and money getting so I could make a cessna leave the ground and return in one More...

That depends upon which parts you are missing, Jeb ... but please just leave that to our imaginations, eh?!

Well, if I may add my two-cents worth, I got to agree with jeb WRT jumping out of a perfectly good airplane. (I have over 5000 hours flying time, and all ended in successful landings.)

I tried riding a rather large pig when I was a little tyke so that's a no-brainer.

I've taken More...

I suppose, Hal, that it would depend upon which of Jeb's "ocean folks" was eating me!

Be careful of that loose talk, Hal. The thrust vs. drag gremlins are everywhere and don't like to hear stories of success. The only comment necessary about a particular departure is that you have gotten home from all of them except that one.

Well Judy you should try the Eastern coast/Atlantic ocean then. We have nothing in our waters that would "hurt" you. BTW Judy I just turned 60 so if you can't get anyone to celebrate your 65th as you wish to do, let me know. I'm only 3,000 miles away........
