A very easy medium and finished just in time for lunch!

The photo was taken from our lunch table. The food, Chinese of course, was exquisite and the company superb. It was located on an island some way from Hong Kong, but it was well worth the journey.
Today, Anne and I have invited two of our three children (one is in Germany) to join us for a Yum More...

Ian...you and me both when it comes to Yum Cha. Lachie was brought up on it...sadly the restaurant that we used to frequent has since closed but we used to go at least once a week. Introduced Gail to the pleasure recently and maybe we can go out for Yum Cha next time you are in town.
