Yesterday andrei and rick asked for a way of logical advancing in tough 09/16. Go see comments.

24:04 got interupted three times. this really threw me off.

My first tough one...there shouldn't be a 'show incorrect moves' button...it's too tempting especially if you have a need for speed.

Thanks gb for your hints on yesterday's puzzle. I hoped for something more neat than eliminating a wrong possibility by assuming it and deducing a contradiction. Of course one needs persistence and vision (or computer assistance?) for locating wrong possibilities that can be quickly eliminated this way ...

annoyed because I guessed at least twice must have missed something

I enjoyed the sudoku games presented today. I did not time myself but I found the tough one a little easier to complete than the Hard one.

Help! I find the 'hard' ones relatively easy, but the 'tough' ones impossible!! What am I missing? Where should I go for help??

20:12 Again a coupel guesses. I have yet to find a tough where I didn't have to guess once or twice before everything else slid into place. I guess my logic isn't strong enough yet :(
