Oil well is just outside of Bartlesville Oklahoma. It is a working well still pumping oil.

Oh, dear - I made a mistake on set up and it took me forever. Ended up having to guess. THEN I saw my mistake. Grrr. Nice well to have in anybody's back yard

A gratifying puzzle. Unique possibilities fill two cells. Then, for me, the key is Column A, with a1=45, a5=245, and a9=145. I start with the hidden pair of 7's at d4 and e4. It is an old type of oil well pump, but still working in many oil fields.
