That's about as much snow as we get randomly in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney - not all winter, just odd days (except for Oberon which gets more). More further south of course. Skiiable snow in the Snowy Mountains.

Again, I state that this is Dinosaur National MONUMENT, not National Park. There are different fundings, different usage rules, etc, between Parks and Monuments.
