1. Note pair 78 at ce4.Unique possibilities to 28.
2. If d5=2,h5=4=g1,d3=7=b5=c1 and column c is devoid of 1.So d5=7.UPs to 81.

Alfred - I just solved and thought it had hinged on the unique possibility you mentioned (7 of the 2/7 in d5). I was about to go back through and re-solve and make sure that I had, indeed, found the answer with a unique possibility, but your solution confirms it. Thanks.

My solution is somewhat more complicated than Alfred's:

1) Basic techniques to UP29 with several groups: 124 in ghi8, 27 in d35, 78 in ce4, and 1247 in h2358. Notes also 9 locked into df1.

2) If a1=6, then e2=6, e1=3, so 7 goes into d3,e4 and b5. This leaves only 29 as candidates into bdf1. Therefore a1=4. UP81

1) Start at 23,basic techniques to UP=28
2) Loop:(2)d3=d5-(2=4)h5-h3=g1-(4=6)a1-(69=2)df1
=>bi5f3<>2,h8<>4,be1<>6.UP=29
3) YW-style:(7=2)b1-f1=d3-(2=7)d5,=>b5<>7.UP=81

This is my attempt for today - I obviously need more practice.
1)Start at UP=23, basic techniques to UP=29
2)(2)d3=(2)d5-(2=4)h4-(4)h3=(np27)dh3=>bcf3<>2, UP=30
3)(hp36=7)e12-(7=8)e4-(8=6)d6=>d1<>6, UP=32
4)(7)d3=d5-b5=c4=>c3<>7
5)(8)c4=(8-7)e4=(7-2)d5=(2)d3-(2=6)f1-(6=4)a1-(4=8)a3=> ;c3<>8, UP=81
Best regards, Neil

Hi Sotir,
I do like your solutions (for me to learn from) - especially the loops. I do have one question on your step 2 loop above - after looking at this, I thought that bc3h28<>2 which is not mentioned in your conclusion - and wondered why.
Best regards, Neil

Hi Neil,
In a Loop (Nice Loop or Wrap Around Chain),every weak link is proven strong,so:

1) (2)d5=(2)h5,=>a5i5<>2
2) (4)h5=(4)h3,=>h8<>4
3) (6)a1=(69)df1,=>be1<>6
4) (2)d3=(2)f1,=>d3<>2
As for bc3h28<>2,are not part of this chain.
