Another brute force day with four dead ends. None of Steve's wonderful techniques helped me. Maen.

IMO, puzzle today is not real tough as one on 01/01/07. It can solve by normal forbidding chains - based on numbers and strong links, not using any advanced forbidding chains (I'm not sure the name..., maybe : multiple forbidding chains) that you used for proof on More...

My rating formual is admittedly imperfect. I am not sure that any rating formula can be perfect.

On one hand, one may presume that one should attach a penalty for conditional or advanced chains. On the other hand, one may presume that one should attach a credit for More...

I did use a chunk in today's proof also: conditional hidden pair in step 3c. Perhaps it was not required. There certainly is more than one way to tackle a puzzle proof with one like today's.
