Sudoku Puzzles

Another photo of mine. I tried to get one with my grandchildren in it but it was hard, except the one recently where they were all sitting looking out to sea. The sand is a bit different to our lovely white soft sand in Albany and the south coast.

A couple of mistakes, but I finished finally! I love the beach - any beach!

1) Start at 22 filled, the given puzzle. Unique Possibilities to (UP) 24.
2) locked 7's at i13, forbid i89=7. UP 38
3a) pair 39 at ad2, forbids b2=3, ci2=9.
3b) c3=7 == i3=7 -- i3=2 == i2=2 -- b2=2 == {pair 48 at bc2}, forbids c3=4.
3c) c6=4 == c2=4 -- f2=4 == f2=1 -- f6=1 == (pair 56 at df6} -- a6=6 == a6=9, forbids c6=9(and also 6). UP 81.

A hint that helps follow or 'read' forbidding chains, is to substitute 'forbids' for '--' and 'enables' for '==' Using step 3b) above:

c3=7 == i3=7 ...
Either c3 is 7 or i3 is 7,

... i3=7 -- i3=2 == 12=2 -- b2=2 == {pair 48 at bc2} ...
i3=7 forbids i3=2 which enables i2=2 More...

You can almost hear the water. Nice picture.
