Hi, Look at the squares with 5 as a possibility. If you cannot find anything helpful, try 3 instead.

Row6 Col9 is a 3.
That should break the strangle-hold.

If stuck try this. Remove all possibilities. Not worrying about rows or columns look at each of the nine 3x3 grids. With each individual number put in the possibilities but only if there are two possibilities. eg if you have 5 empty cells and the number 8 can go into three of them, do not enter 8 More...

A further explantion; just looking at the columns starting from the left. Column 1 has two 7s in it. Columns 2 and 3 look cleaner. Now look at columns 2 and 7.
