I suppose I should think about food flinging. After hubby brought me home from physical therapy, he had to leave for an acupuncture appointment. As it started nearly 2 hours ago, I'm thinking I might expect him home in another 30 minutes or so. Hope to pop back in later.

I almost forgot.... Lizzy, dear, please be very careful with the food during the Holidays. When my thyroid gave up the ghost, my weight exploded, tho' I ate no more food than before. I was at 140 lbs. I actually gained nearly 100 lbs! And I can't get rid of it. Of course, I made the mistake of quitting smoking then.
