On the good side, I added a delightful new Rescue. Rain is a 12 year old Smooth Collie with incontinence issues and a wonderful personality.

Sorry I didn't get back to you about the weather Nola. Things are a little better just now, still fairly cold 1C today but a wind chill making it feel a bit colder. Snow in our are is thawing. I think there is more snow promised for later in the week but not sure if our area will be affected

Crime of the day: Queenslanders are being asked not to put too many mangoes in their garbage bins because it makes them too heavy - and we are being asked to pay $3 each for mangoes down here!!! Sob

Heidi, we're talking about enough mangoes to make your bin too heavy for the trash trucks to pick up from private trees rather than farms. It doesn't work either way! I sob again!

I"M BACK..... and happy to say that I completed all of the zoo goals, and have been playing with the cafe and farm apps which allow me to take part in here again on a regular basis....they are cute games that don't absorb me in the same way...and boy am I glad.
