Great advice, Bean. Also, you need to remember that the thyroid can affect your emotions, Lizzy. You've just had a goiter removed. I would expect your emotions to get a bit out of control for a while until everything in the neck settles down. And it will settle down eventually.

ha ha...of course it is unacceptable Suzy... problem is the body will heal at its own rate and will not be rushed... have also discovered that the older you get the slower it gets... throw in the odd undesirable pre-existing condition and it seems to take for ever.... SAD....isn't it

Liz, I agree with Heidi, having the goiter removed will probably affect you emotions for a while.
Suzy, you have reason to be proud of your girls. We like to hear what they are achieving.
A lovely evening here but I still have a bit to do as I have a couple of very busy days coming up. Bowls Christmas party on Tuesday and I am in charge of the entertainment.
