Thanks to those who clicked. I am not sure if thier counter can tell if you are Aussie or American, but they do have a mail order store, and so I think they would welcome and count everyone who visits.

It was hot yesterdday, and getting hotter today, so the AC went on about 2 pm yesterday. It did not even cool down enough to turn it off over night, bummer. Maybe there will be a few more days I can open the windows and doors before the summer hibernation, I do hope so.

Just dropped by so say Hi before heading off for an early night.
Won my Lawn bowls game which was quite a surprise. Semi finals next. Organised to play that game Sunday morning as we will be away next Tuesday when it is scheduled to be played.

Also checked your photos Mary, and like MizT would like to see some comments with some of them. Great photos just the same.

Hi MizT send a little of your heat over here after having a wonderful few days we are back to cool temps again. Hopefully rain will keep away from this weekend as it is a long weekend holiday.

Talking of holidays did I tell you that my DH has booked a 4 day break for us in Brussels. Using the eurostar train and staying in a 4star hotel in the center of Brussels

BRENDA, would gladly swap some hot for some cool, wish we could actually arrange that! It is only the high 80's, and i know later this summer that will be a COOL day, but having ben in the 60's and 70's this spring, I am not accustomed to the hotter temps now. Best GET accustomed to them, I do think they are here to stay for the summer.

High 60 to low 70 would be perfect MizT and rain only through the night that would probably be the ideal weather for me, but I will put up with whatever we have in store for this summer and still enjoy life.

BRENDA, the 60's and 70's were just perfect! Now I do not mind an occasional rainy day, those are good for curling up under a quilt with a good book!

Hi MizT - freezing cold in winter, scalding hot in summer, and tornadoes..... I am spoiled as I've never lived anywhere with such extremes! A cold day for us is under 10C (thinking... 50F)
