I might be picking up a puppy in the morning. Our fearless leader needs to pull one from a pound about 45 minutes northeast of me. I'll be in that neighborhood tomorrow anyway.

That complaint letter about Virgin Airlines food was pretty funny. The complaint about the aroused elephant ruining a honeymoon was good also! Wonderful beach photo on the "beach was too sandy" page, I have made it my wallpaper on the computer.

This is an errand. If i can get the puppy out of the shelter, he'll then go to our leader's place. She'll have him Vetted, and do whatever else needs to be done. Since I will actually be passing within 2 miles of the shelter, it's logical for me to stop. But we haven't heard back from them as to when the pup can be released to us, so I may or may not be able to bring him back with me.

Have caught up reading...sorry to hear that Bonnie is not to come home to you but pleased to hear that she settled in and likes this new pack leader. Sounds like there is mutual liking and respect happening there which will turn into 2-way love and devotion which Bonnie deserves after her hard start in life.

The lip healed well, I believe there is a scar on the inside of the lip but that's not bad. His tooth still needs fixing but it is obviously not high on his list of priorities! Pleased to hear that there has been no obvious scarring.
Well I had beeter go and wash my hair before I go out to lunch. I know I should have done it earlier but not long after getting up I have to drive hubby to the station and I didn't want to do that with wet hair. it was a bit chilly and foggy this morning.

And that, as they say in the classics, is that! I am tired after that drive across town today. Strange isn't it, I drive 8 hours straight to get to Adelaide, but I am more tired from the 1 1/2 hour trip to my sis's and back!
