Bean.... you would have to come over here to visit, if you were to write a sitcom. Talk to the neighbors. Everybody has stories about IH. One neighbor does an impression of him that brings tears to everyones eyes, it's so spot-on. I think most stories revolve around his cheapness. And lack of common sense.
