Successfully returned from another hunting and gathering expedition. I now need a coffee/sudoku break to help me recover before I find somewhere to stow the food while I'm waiting for it to go mouldy before putting it in the compost bin.....

Hey...news flash
The oldest Australian celebrated 112 today.
Her secret....a glass of Baileys each night at 5pm [or bubbles if it was a special occasion].
Obviously I may need to rethink my afore mentioned plan...

Do you think more is better....instead of half baked I could be half or fully pickled....

Got a store bought apple pie in the oven. Lazy I know. And we have to eat it tonight because the freezer is overfull. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Well I'm not a sour pickle....
I tend to sing and laugh more than I normally do...and that is a lot at the best of times!

Bean, the place where I worked in Blackburn
had a resident who passed away
just before Christmas
at the ripe old age of 116,
she was so with it right to the end too.

In a dingy caravan in a park on the other side of the river. That's what we get for leaving things to the last minute! We were hardly there anyway, and the river view is magnificent!!!!

I can't stay tonight. I've spent the last hour fighting with my connection and now hubby is home and looking for attention!

in the sundowners group this afternoon, this lady at 94 years of age asked me if David was free, I asked what she meant she asked is he single, I said I didnt know, so she asked him, he has a fair degree of dementia, so he didnt know what More...
