well ladies, i just found out that hubby won't be home this weekend. it will three weeks now without him.

the really sad part is that it is elsa's third birthday on sunday. not sure what to do here. should i put off the celebration until a week from monday, as that is when he should be here? he is really disappointed as well. poor guy.

Tami - I hear what your saying,
I only cancelled as my nephew is here with his girlfriend and I havent seen them for a while, have always been very close to him, so would not have cancelled had he not been here..
and the other nephew is just home from Iraq (soldier) so will be nice to see him too, as he goes back to Darwin in a couple of weeks, thats where he is based.

Just noticed the date
Today would have been my 28th wedding anniversary
was married in 1980 and devorced in 1985,
thinking about it now, best thing he ever did was walk out on me for my best friend,
as I would never have met Lenny, and he was the love of my life !!!!!!!!

We're now working on plans for sending our calves

to a feedlot in Kansas, like we do every year. I need to spend some time tonight going over my records, to decide which heifers to keep, and which to sell. So I won't be on much tonight.
