Morning all!

I've been up about an hour and decided to drop in to say hello. It looks like Ally is getting sick, though it may have just been exhaustion. She had a very very long day yesterday, with over 2 hours driving each side of her spelling bee. She was eliminated in the third round (dumbbell - forgot the second b). Apparently more than half were eliminated in the first round!

Suzy, Congrats to Ally for getting to the third round. Hope she is soon feeling better. Apparently there is a lot of pneumonia around and it is 'contageous'. Hope Ebob is better now.

Ebob is off to school today. She got a text message from a friend yesterday 'thought you might want to know there is a history test tomorrow'. Yep, she really wanted to know that!!! Which reminds me, I'll have to write the note for her teachers!

I keep telling myself it is worth it Broni! I can see the difference, but there is further I want to go... Hard to keep it up when I wake at 3:30 stressing because I have to get one out today and Ally had a temp last night... But then I imagine how much worse it would be if I was working 9 to 5 and had to get permission from a boss to stay home with her and realise I am lucky.

What is this thing you call "ironing"? I am not familiar with it.
Actually, I think I was given something called an "iron" as a wedding present, but I threw it away. It didn't look like anything that could give me pleasure.
